Lapo is an influential leader with a decade of progressively senior experience working with executives in government and the financial services industry.
Having joined IBC in 2012, Lapo is focused on developing and executing strategy, policy and advocacy positions to advance the interests of Canadian property and casualty insurers and address the most pressing financial, regulatory, legislative and commercial challenges affecting the industry.
A published author, Lapo has written articles on emerging economic policy issues, and holds an undergraduate degree in economics and a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He has extensive media and public speaking experience.
